Caden Buckley
President & Chief Executive Officer
A Marine Corps Infantry Veteran with over 12 years of service, Caden has dedicated his professional career to the security of our nation both at home and overseas. With significant time embedded with elite security teams in Eastern Africa and Southeast Asia, he knows what it takes to accomplish a robust, layered, and impenetrable security plan.
Later in his military career, Caden served as the operations manager for multiple $100M+ physical security infrastructure projects. Most notably, overseeing a team of 200 personnel from the Department of Defense tasked with developing and implementing a physical security plan to support the reception, processing, and departure of 10,000 Afghan refugees.
Caden’s multiple dynamic overseas deployments and operational experience have positioned him to provide Sparrowhawk with valuable insights. His experience with employing small, highly trained teams to create safety perimeters around strategic facilities has been crucial in developing Sparrowhawk’s approach to facility security. Caden shares in Sparrowhawk’s belief that the most effective method to address threats is to anticipate and deactivate them before a problem arises.
A husband, father of three, athlete, and patriot, Caden’s passion for the security of our nation is embedded in foundation of Sparrowhawk.
Adam Buckley
Co-Founder
Adam Buckley is a JD/MBA at The University of Texas at Austin with an Energy Finance Concentration. A former Marine infantry officer, Adam specialized in leading and training Marines to conduct distributed security operations in austere environments. He led operational units through training packages at the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare and Jungle Warfare training centers and held primary responsibility for dozens of independent, high-risk evolutions.
Prior to the Marine Corps, Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian from Texas A&M university, with a focus on foreign affairs, international security and military studies.
Adam’s leadership experience, military background, and varied education contribute to Sparrowhawk’s mission of providing the highest quality physical security solutions in the industry.
A husband, father of two, sub-3 hour marathoner, private pilot, and member of the local Austin community, Adam is founding Sparrowhawk Security to help protect our nation’s most critical assets.
